Return Policy:

At Latex Sleep, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns of our products. Upon purchase, customers are hereby notified that all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted. By completing a transaction with Latex Sleep, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.

This no-return policy is implemented due to the nature of our products, particularly mattresses, which are considered personal items. For health and hygiene reasons, once a mattress has been used or removed from its original packaging, it cannot be resold or restocked as new.
