The high-density foam pouring process begins with combining raw materials such as polyols, isocyanates, and additives in precise ratios to form a liquid mixture. This mixture undergoes a chemical reaction known as polymerization, which creates a foamable substance. The liquid is then poured into molds that are typically shaped according to the desired dimensions and density specifications. Once poured, the foam expands and solidifies within the mold, forming a dense and uniform structure. After curing, excess material is trimmed, and the foam blocks are cut to size. The final product is a high-density foam with excellent durability, resilience, and support characteristics, suitable for various applications including mattress support cores and furniture padding.
